PARENT DEVICES AND HOW THEY WORK

THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENT IS CLASSIFIED!
DO NOT READ UNLESS YOU ARE ASSIGNED TO THIS PROJECT!

The 2 laser projectors are the ONLY parent devices used in this project. Both function with the help of the dimension diamonds. Each laser has a slot to hold the diamond in. Each one functions similarly but there are two types of lasers:

  • The Coordinator

  • The Explorer

The Coordinator is a mounted projector like blaster that dictates the destination of the traveler. It runs off a DIRECT power source (in this case a plug). The Coordinator has a console next to it to program what dimension you want to visit (Dimension B). It has 2 muzzles built on it. The first muzzle will open the door to the dimensional rift, the opening world between each dimension. The other muzzle launches the other dimension diamond into the dimensional rift thus creating the way towards Dimension B. It creates what is called “the dimensional rift path”, the path from one dimension to another.

The Explorer is the name of the other laser projector. Unlike the Coordinator, The Explorer is portable and runs on a heavy-duty battery. This laser only has one muzzle that’s used to open the door to the dimensional rift. It also has a signal communicator that locks onto the signal of the twin dimension diamond in The Coordinator. The Explorer’s main job is to help the subject leave Dimension B and return to the place where The Coordinators dimension diamond is (Dimension A). To put it simply, “it’s your ride home”.

**NOTE**
The Coordinator and Explorer are not exclusive lasers that can help travel through dimensions. Alternatives can be made so long as they use the dimension diamond. However, the Coordinator and Explorer lasers are the safest.
